今回は僕の最近のモーニングルーティーンを紹介しました。
とても地味ですが、誰かの生活のインスピレーションになれば幸いです。
僕のモーニングルーティーンはダイエットを軸にしたものです。
多くのダイエット動画を見ていくうちに、このルーティーンに落ち着きました。
ケトジェニックとローファットダイエットを繰り返しながらボディメイクを頑張ります。
そのほかに、IKEAでランプカバーを購入したり、ダイエットチーズケーキを焼きました。
ダイエット中の甘いものは涙が出てくるくらいおいしいですね。
動画の投稿頻度を上げれるように編集の勉強を頑張ります。

I’d like to share with you my latest morning routine.
It is so simple, but I hope it will be an inspiration for someone’s life.
My morning routine is based around dieting.
After watching many diet videos, I settled on this routine.
I do my best to build my body while repeating the ketogenic and low-fat diets.
In addition, I bought a lamp cover from IKEA and baked a diet cheesecake.
Sweet food on a diet is so good it brings tears to my eyes.
I will try my best to learn how to edit my videos so that I can post them more often.
